Job summary

A leading employee-owned engineering firm is seeking a Lead Engineering Field/Laboratory Technician for a remote project in Central Idaho. The role involves overseeing a team of technicians in construction materials testing, ensuring QA/QC compliance, and managing daily operations. Qualifications

• Construction materials testing laboratory and/or field experience required.
• Must have ACI, ICC and/or WAQTC certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead crews of 6 or more necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 6–8 field and laboratory technicians on a remote construction site.
• Perform and oversee gradations, Atterbergs, moisture and proctors.
• Own laboratory and field QA/QC including daily and weekly reviews of test data.
