Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Service Technician to perform end-to-end testing, commissioning, and service on assigned projects at customer sites in Albuquerque, NM. You will serve as the direct company contact, diagnosing and repairing equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project leaders to meet on-site requirements, using a range of tools and software, and mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; HVAC experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; handheld device proficiency.
• EPA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end testing, downloading programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
• Represent the company as the direct customer contact; service products and equipment on site and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand on-site installation and repair requirements; forecast issues and gather materials.
• Use software and technology, and a variety of hand-tools to diagnose and repair units per blueprints or specs.
• Enforce safety standards and manage assets by recording usage and conditions.
• Mentor team members and be flexible with overtime and occasional overnight stays.
