Job summary

Qualifications

• HVAC field experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile devices.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record for at least 12 months.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing, programming downloads, startup, commissioning, and service on assigned projects.
• Serve as the direct customer contact to ensure satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment at the site.
• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand on-site installation and repair requirements.
• Use software, blueprints, and hand-tools to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
• Maintain safety standards and manage assets and equipment.
• Mentor team members and adapt to overtime and occasional overnight travel.
