Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to coordinate construction staff and oversee daily field assignments, ensuring quality and timely project execution. The role emphasizes autonomy, hazard awareness, and adherence to safety protocols.

The candidate will leverage 10+ years of experience, including 1-2 years in a lead role, with knowledge of hazardous waste handling, shipping, and manifest requirements, plus required safety certifications.

Qualifications

• HS plus 10 years of relevant experience, including 1-2 years in a lead role or equivalent.
• Knowledge of equipment, sampling, shipping, labeling, Hazardous Waste Manifest and Transportation Requirements.
• Basic 40 Hour Training; Red Cross First Aid and CPR certified.
• Site Health and Safety Coordinator Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction activities in the field with autonomy and judgement.
• Provide training to new staff.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks on a project.
• Maintain knowledge of Hazardous Waste Manifest, Transportation requirements, and equipment.
• Stay within project scope and ensure quality execution.
• Perform senior level construction work; assignment level determined by supervisor.
• If Superintendent is unavailable, may fulfill the role.
