Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to coordinate construction staff in field settings and delegate daily tasks with autonomy and sound judgment.

The role emphasizes safety, quality execution, and adherence to project scope across environmental and infrastructure projects. The candidate will lead portions of large field functions, train new staff, ensure timely task completion, and maintain expertise in hazardous waste manifests, transportation rules, equipment handling, and safety

Qualifications

• HS plus 10 years of relevant experience with 1-2 years in a lead role or equivalent.
• Knowledge of equipment, sampling, shipping, labeling, Hazardous Waste Manifest and Transportation Requirements.
• Basic 40 Hour Training. Certified in Red Cross First Aid and CPR.
• Site Health and Safety Coordinators Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead individual in a portion of a large function out in the field.
• Provide training to new staff.
• Responsible for timely completion of tasks on a project.
• Maintain knowledge of Hazardous Waste Manifest, Transportation requirements, and knowledge of equipment.
• Responsibility includes staying within the scope of the project and maintaining a quality execution of project.
• Perform senior level construction work. Assignment of the job is related to the responsibility level of incumbent, to be left up to supervisor.
• In the absence of the Superintendent may fulfill the role.
