This hands-on leadership role focuses on craftsmanship, safety, and building strong teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. As a Foreman you will supervise crews, plan daily work, coordinate with superintendents, maintain logs, enforce OSHA safety standards, and mentor crew members to improve performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of field construction experience.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Commitment to teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate tasks on construction sites.
• Plan and schedule manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate with superintendents to meet project timelines.
• Track equipment usage and preventive maintenance.
• Communicate technical details to project teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain daily logs, timesheets, and documentation.
• Report incidents, equipment issues, and material shortages promptly.
