Job summary

Fessler & Bowman Inc. is seeking a seasoned Concrete Foreman to lead a crew and ensure on-time, safe project completion. You will work with the Superintendent to keep customers satisfied and uphold the company’s strong reputation in the concrete and civil earthwork sectors.

The role requires 5+ years of foreman experience, OSHA 30, and a valid driver's license. You will manage daily logs, ensure quality pours, and coach a crew of 6+ tradespeople across diverse site conditions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Concrete Foreman experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to job coach.
• Safety attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate accurate take-off quantities and ensure materials, equipment, and subcontractors are on site per schedule.
• Review, validate, and shoot grades and elevations according to latest drawings.
• Prepare 3-week look ahead and align with Superintendent and PM.
• Daily progress updates with PM and address risks to schedule, quantities, or manpower.
• Organize and manage demobilization activities for manpower, equipment and materials.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with OSHA and environmental regs.
• Oversee field teams and coordinate with subcontractors to meet project requirements.
