As a Foreman you will supervise crews, plan daily work, coordinate with superintendents, maintain logs, enforce OSHA safety standards, and mentor crew members to improve performance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of field construction experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Commitment to teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities
Project Execution and Coordination

  • Supervise and delegate tasks
  • Plan and schedule manpower, equipment, and materials for daily operations
  • Collaborate with superintendents to align with project timelines
  • Track equipment usage and coordinate preventive maintenance
Communication and Reporting

  • Communicate technical details clearly to project teams and subcontractors
  • Participate in pre-task planning and coordinate meetings
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, timesheets, and documentation
  • Report incidents, equipment issues, and material shortages promptly
Quality Control
  • Ensure all self-performed work meets or exceeds project specifications
  • Complete tasks within labor and material budgets
  • Continuously improve procedures and standards across trades
Team Leadership and Development
  • Lead and mentor crews
  • Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment
  • Resolve jobsite issues with superintendents
Safety and Compliance
  • Enforce Weigand safety standards and promote a safe work culture
