This hands-on leadership role emphasizes craftsmanship, safety, and developing team members on dynamic projects. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of field construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to meeting safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of field construction experience preferred.
• Commitment to teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate tasks on site.
• Plan manpower, equipment, and materials for daily operations.
• Collaborate with superintendents to meet project timelines.
• Track equipment usage and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Communicate technical details to project teams and subcontractors.
• Lead pre-task planning and coordinate meetings.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, timesheets, and documentation.
• Report incidents, equipment issues, and material shortages promptly.
• Ensure self-performed work meets project specs and budgets.
• Continuously improve procedures and standards across trades.
• Lead and mentor crews; foster a positive, professional, collaborative environment.
• Resolve jobsite issues with superintendents.
• Enforce safety standards and promote a safe work culture.
• Identify safety concerns and ensure OSHA compliance.
