Job summary

PC Construction Company in Florida is seeking a Senior Field Engineer to lead project layout operations on local water and wastewater projects. You will solve field challenges, supervise field teams, and contribute to a collaborative, employee-owned culture that supports your development.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of field engineer experience, preferably in water/wastewater construction, or an engineering or surveying degree with relevant construction background.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Field Engineer experience in water/wastewater construction.
Degree in engineering or surveying with relevant construction experience.
Experience leading project layout operations and field teams.

Responsibilities

Perform site engineering on small to mid projects with supervision.
Supervise field engineer assistants and maintain surveying equipment.
Prepare sketches, maps, and surveys to describe the work performed.
Read drawings and submittals; convey fabrication/installation details.
Post as-built information and RFI responses to project records.
Able to set and understand accurate horizontal and vertical control for layout.
Prepare AutoCAD as-built drawings.
