Qualifications

• Hands on construction experience preferred.
• Ability to work as a hybrid between project management and field supervision roles.

Responsibilities

• Work hands on in the field to support daily operations as needed.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications to support field crews.
• Communicate daily with the Superintendent, Foreman, and project team.
• Maintain and update project logs and schedules.
• Document distribution and meeting minutes.
