Job summary

You will collaborate daily with project crews, review production schedules, analyze drawings and data, manage cost coding with finance, and assist in permits and field layouts. A Bachelor's degree is required; 1+ year of construction engineering experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets daily with project crews to review production schedule and confirm materials and resources are available.
• Collects, coordinates and analyzes shop drawings, design specifications and material data to ensure quality and compliance.
• Provides technical input for project work plans and scheduling and identifies risks to budget or schedule.
• Evaluates daily production, schedule and budget projections and documents project activities.
• Reviews and approves daily timecards and coordinates with payroll and supervisors.
• Reviews project specifications for quality assurance and manages permits and certificates as needed.
• Plans field layout, marks utilities and coordinates subcontractor work methods and crews.
