You will engage with project crews daily to align on schedules, materials and resources, contributing to project quality and cost control.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specs, supporting work plans, identifying risks, and coordinating with finance and supervisors to manage time and costs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year construction engineering experience or knowledge required.
• Beginner knowledge of construction equipment, drawing and specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to the project.
• Ability to assume responsibility and communicate effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Meets daily with project crews to review production schedule and confirm materials, equipment and resources are available.
• Collects, coordinates and analyzes drawings, design specs, material requirements and project data to ensure quality and compliance.
• Provides technical input for project work plan and scheduling and identifies risks that could affect budget or schedule.
• Evaluates daily production, schedule and budget projections and documents activities using approved methods and technologies.
• Reviews and approves daily timecards and coordinates with payroll and supervisors to resolve inquiries.
