Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in bridge, heavy civil infrastructure, or heavy/highway construction.
• Strong knowledge of occupational hazards and applicable safety precautions.
• Ability to read and interpret project-specific documents, including blueprints, schedules, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews and foremen on site.
• Interpret plans, establish weekly production goals, and maintain schedule.
