Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a 2-5 person pipe crew
• Operate heavy equipment to excavate, install, and backfill pipe
• Plan and sequence pipe installation to avoid conflicts with other trades and public impact
• Monitor the jobsite for safety hazards and enforce company safety standards
• Ensure proper operation and care of assigned equipment
• Review job cost and production to keep work within budget
