Seniors Helping Seniors in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Lead CNA & Field Care Specialist to lead care delivery with dignity and clinical excellence. You will mentor caregivers, oversee client setups, and ensure reliable coverage across the Southern Arizona service area.

This role emphasizes hands-on high-acuity care, travel to client homes, and shaping care plans while maintaining compassionate, person-centered support for seniors and families you serve.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or LNA license in good standing.
• Experience in high-acuity caregiving, travel CNA or registry a plus.
• Demonstrates reliability, punctuality and leadership.
• Ability to adapt to varied client homes and cultures.
• Valid US driver's license, personal vehicle, and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.

Responsabilités

• In onboarding and leading new client setups for the initial 1 to 2 weeks on service to evaluate care needs, establish personalized care plans, and build a smooth, comforting foundation for the family.
• Reliable coverage leader for shift coverage, planned vacations, and short-notice call-offs across the service area to ensure continuous care.
• Field trainer and mentor to train, guide, and orient new caregivers on client-specific care plans and company standards.
• Provide high-acuity and holistic care across the full spectrum of client needs, including complex ADLs and light housekeeping, cooking, and companionship.
• Support daily independence and meaningful social connections in each home visited.
