Southern Arizona Seniors Helping Seniors is seeking a Lead CNA & Field Care Specialist to step into a leadership role, mentoring caregivers and ensuring continuity of high-quality in-home care across Tucson, Oro Valley, Vail, Green Valley, and Rio Rico. This role emphasizes clinical leadership, client care planning, and hands-on mentoring.

The ideal candidate holds a valid CNA or LNA license, brings high-acuity caregiving experience, and is prepared to travel within Southern Arizona,

Qualifications

Active CNA or LNA license in good standing.
Proven high-acuity caregiving experience (travel CNA/agency/registry a plus).
Demonstrated dependability and punctuality.
Strong adaptability and people skills with diverse clients.
Valid US driver’s license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance.
Ability to pass background checks and screenings.

Responsabilités

Onboard and lead new client setups for 1–2 weeks, establishing care plans.
Serve as field trainer and mentor for new caregivers on client plans.
Coordinate shift coverage, vacations, and call-offs across the service area.
Deliver high-acuity and holistic in-home care, including ADLs, light housekeeping, and companionship.
Support daily independence and meaningful social connections in client homes.
