Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Field Applications Engineer in the United States to support large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI computing systems onsite. You will partner with sales and engineering teams to resolve complex hardware and deployment challenges and to deliver enterprise-grade AI datacenter solutions.

Ideal candidates have a BS or MS in engineering or related field, 5+ years in system design or technical support, deep knowledge of servers, storage, networking hardware, and strong communication

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of work-related experience in the high-tech electronics industry in a system design role or technical customer support role.
• In-depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and other data center hardware.
• Capable of working in a constantly evolving environment without losing focus.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a multifaceted environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English with the ability to effectively collaborate with management and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
• Solving complex hardware and deployment issues
• Be a technical specialist on GPU and networking products directly supporting sales account managers, working closely with the team to deliver outstanding AI datacenter solutions.
• Actively establish the technical relationship with our customer’s engineers, management, and architects at focus accounts.
• Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in the enterprise AI market.
• Provide technical and sales training to the direct sales team and channel partners.
• Establish strong relationships and communication channels with internal teams.
