Job summary

Allstates Consulting Services in Memphis, Tennessee is seeking experienced Construction Managers to oversee outside plant fiber installation and construction services. You will supervise aerial and underground splicing, coordinate crews, and ensure timelines are met on large-scale fiber builds.

Candidates should have 5+ years of splicing experience as a CM overseeing fiber networks (not inside plant), be able to lead crews and troubleshoot complex networks, and be willing to relocate within 45

Qualifications

• 5+ years of splicing experience as a CM overseeing fiber networks (not inside plant).
• Experience with aerial and pedestal/ground installations.
• Ability to lead crews and assign tasks to technicians.
• Strong ability to read and interpret prints.
• Relocation or local candidate within 45 minutes of Memphis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outside plant fiber installation and construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise aerial/underground installations and splicing.
• Manage subcontractors and internal crews to meet timelines.
• Troubleshoot large fiber networks and resolve issues.
