Job summary

Allstates Consulting Services in Memphis, Tennessee is seeking experienced Construction Managers to oversee outside plant fiber installation and construction services. You will supervise aerial and underground splicing, coordinate crews, and ensure timelines are met on large-scale fiber builds.

Candidates should have 5+ years of splicing experience as a CM overseeing fiber networks (not inside plant), be able to lead crews and troubleshoot complex networks, and be willing to relocate within 45

Qualifications

• 5+ years of splicing experience as a CM overseeing fiber networks (not inside plant).
• Experience with aerial and pedestal/ground installations.
• Ability to lead crews and assign tasks to technicians.
• Strong ability to read and interpret prints.
• Relocation or local candidate within 45 minutes of Memphis preferred.

Job description

Allstates Consulting Services is looking for Experienced Construction mangers to oversee Outside plant installation and construction services in Memphis Tennessee. You will oversee and perform tasks associated with aerial and underground construction, splicing of fiber optic cable for large scale fiber build. We are looking for local CMs who live within 45 min of Memphis, or open to relocation.

Must have 5+ years of splicing experience as a CM overseeing Fiber network (not inside plant). Aerial and Pedestal (ground) installations, subcontract crews and internal technicians. Pay in the $37 to $40 an hour range DOE. All full time W2 positions with benefits to include 401K W match, Medical, Dental LT and ST disability insurance etc...

These are full time, W2 positions with steady work. We are only considering experienced CM'S who have the ability to lead crews, push project timelines, read and understand prints and can trouble shoot large networks and assign task to techs on complicated trouble shooting of those networks. We may possible be able to get a Relocation package for serious candidates.
