Socket Fiber is hiring a Fiber Construction Project Manager in the Memphis area to oversee specific fiber network construction projects. You will guide projects from design through closeout, manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships, and ensure safety standards across the workforce.

With 4+ years in construction project management and a strong network in the industry, you will coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate progress to stakeholders to drive on-time, on-budget network

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in construction project management or equivalent leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Deep knowledge of construction processes, PM methodologies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive construction projects to completion within defined priorities, scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead projects through the full lifecycle: design, estimating, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships and coordinate with procurement for materials.
