Job summary

Deeply Digital, LLC in Montrose, Colorado seeks a detail-oriented Drop Splice Foreman to lead field crews and coordinate fiber drop splicing within an assigned service area. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely production while mentoring technicians and maintaining documentation.

You will supervise splicing activities, troubleshoot field issues, and uphold company standards, designs, and processes. A strong working knowledge of fusion splicing and field tools is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience performing fiber-optic splicing, preferably with customer drops.
• Ability to lead, direct, train, or mentor field technicians.
• Strong knowledge of fusion splicing, fiber prep, cleaning, testing, routing, labeling and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of fiber drop splicing technicians within service areas.
• Provide hands-on leadership, technical support, and quality oversight in the field.
• Coordinate crews to meet production timelines and safety standards.
• Inspect work, troubleshoot splicing issues, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coach technicians and develop training to improve skills and processes.
