Job summary

United Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Fence Technician to safely transport, install, and remove temporary fencing at customer sites. You will manage tools, drive to locations, unload panels, and ensure work is completed to specifications while maintaining strong customer focus.

Requirements include a minimum of two years driving experience and a valid CDL Class C. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and a clear path for team support and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL Class C.
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tools daily to ensure safety and proper working condition.
• Verify loads include fence panels, poles, and tools for each ticket.
• Perform daily pre-shift vehicle inspections and report deficiencies.
• Operate fence vehicle to sites and unload/install fence panels per specs.
• Coordinate workload with Fence Helper and monitor progress.
• Confirm work orders with site superintendent and maintain contact with supervisor.
• Record job data and submit daily reports to Fence Manager.
• Train Fence Helpers on installation procedures and safety practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
