Job summary

United Site Services, Inc is seeking a Fence Technician to safely transport, install and remove temporary fencing at customer job sites. You will operate a fence vehicle, load materials, perform site measurements and coordinate with the Fence Helper to meet specifications.

Responsibilities include daily tool and load inspections, documenting shift data, and training teammates while maintaining a strong customer focus and safety standards. This is a full-time role based at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL Class C license.
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Transport, install, and remove temporary fencing at customer sites safely.
• Inspect tools and loads daily; ensure materials and tools are on board.
• Operate fence vehicle to job sites and unload materials per specs.
• Coordinate workload and supervise Fence Helper; monitor progress.
• Meet site superintendent to confirm work orders and relay instructions.
• Record shift data and submit to Fence Manager; support lead duties as needed.
• Assist with training of Fence Helpers and reinforce safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
