Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a Feedyard Maintenance Manager in Nebraska to oversee all maintenance operations and lead a shop team. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong mechanical aptitude, welding, and plumbing knowledge, with focus on safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will manage ~10–12 staff, coordinate with contractors, and drive preventative maintenance programs to keep a large feedyard performing at high standards.

Formación

• 5+ years in maintenance management.
• Experience in feedyard or livestock environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and team supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all feedyard maintenance operations.
• Manage a 10-12 member maintenance crew.
• Oversee shop operations for repairs.
• Coordinate water systems maintenance.
