Job summary

Phase2 Technology seeks a Feed Mill Manager to direct daily feed manufacturing and delivery operations, ensuring high-quality products and FDA compliance. The role requires coordinating with upper management, vendors, farm managers, drivers, mill technicians and sales specialists to meet tight deadlines.

You will oversee production, maintain inventory controls, and drive cost-effective operations while adhering to safety and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• Experience directing feed manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, EPA, OSHA, DOT).
• Proven ability to manage production, scheduling, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the feed manufacturing department and coordinate production and delivery scheduling.
• Oversee all feed production and delivery activities.
• Establish inventory controls to meet targets and budgets.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with transportation, environmental, and feed regulations.
