Job summary

South Central FS in Watson, IL is seeking a Feed Mill Manager to direct daily operations for the feed manufacturing and delivery processes. You will ensure high-quality feed production, maintain regulatory compliance and oversee safety, scheduling, and budgeting.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with vendors and drivers, and drive cost-effective, timely operations while adhering to environmental and food-safety regulations. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership of manufacturing teams.
• Experience managing feed production and delivery processes.
• Ability to establish inventory controls and budgeting.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, EPA, OSHA, DOT).
• Proven track record in safety program administration.
