Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred.
• Must have leadership skills to work through a crew for achieving desired results.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills are necessary.
• Basic Excel skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all commodities are hauled to the mill for the next day’s feeding.
• Ensure routine and preventative maintenance is performed.
• Supervise mill employees and set daily tasks.
• Communicate with Yard Manager about production challenges.
• Measure commodities for accurate inventory levels.
