Job summary

CBH CO-OP is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily feed store operations during assigned shifts. The role provides leadership to team members, ensures excellent customer service, and maintains safe, efficient inventory and product handling while enforcing company policies.

You will lead a team, train new staff, manage order fulfillment, and coordinate with management on operational updates and customer concerns. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years experience in feed, agriculture, warehouse, retail, or related operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate employees.
• Basic computer and inventory management skills.
• Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment or obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support feed department employees during assigned shifts.
• Delegate tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.
• Communicate operational updates and customer concerns to management.
• Address routine employee and customer issues and escalates concerns as needed.
