Job summary

Livestock Nutrition Center is seeking an Operations Supervisor to assist local management in the facility and truck fleet operations, oversee maintenance, production, and driver teams, and ensure safety and efficiency across daily activities.

You will train drivers, manage maintenance schedules, coordinate with the location facility manager and procurement, and help implement SOPs and QA/QC programs to support reliable feed production and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural, Mechanical, or Industrial fields.
• Root cause analysis (RCA).
• Lean manufacturing principles.
• Reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
• KPI tracking (MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance).
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Mechanical systems knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-changing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership by example.
• OSHA or similar safety training.
• GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) in feed manufacturing.
• Budget development and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, production, and driver teams at the facility.
• Train drivers to uphold the Perfect Delivery Experience commitment.
• Manage Driver HOS exceptions and safety culture.
• Coordinate with location ops to schedule maintenance and repairs.
• Resolve issues with drivers, customers, and staff during daily operations.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for production/processing and maintenance.
