The incumbent will be the top legal authority for all legal advice and counsel within the agency, influencing civil rights, labor, and employment law initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; transcripts required.
• Active Bar membership in a state, territory, DC, or PR; proof required.
• GS-15: one year of specialized experience at GS-14 or equivalent.
• Specialized experience includes litigating federal-sector discrimination, providing training, giving oral and written advice, and researching pertinent law.
