Stampede Ventures, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager for Medical Construction in Huntsville, AL to lead complex federal healthcare projects from design through turnover.

Responsibilities include coordinating with designers, subcontractors, and government stakeholders; maintaining CPM schedules, budgets, and safety in occupied hospital environments; and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of project manager experience in healthcare design and construction, with Govt experience preferred.
• Lead on complex federal design-build healthcare projects valued at $20M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of federal medical construction projects from pre-construction through turnover.
• Maintain accountability for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and contract compliance.
• Develop and manage detailed CPM schedules aligned with milestones.
• Coordinate with Designers of Record, subs, vendors, and government reviewers.
• Manage budgets, cost tracking, and pay applications.
• Oversee project documentation, RMS/QCS, submittals, RFIs, and design reviews.
