Job summary

KOMAN Advantage LLC is seeking a Project Manager to support a federal construction contract in Yuma, AZ. The role requires full-time on-site presence in both office and field, including site inspections, job walks, and client meetings.

The position involves managing a team of up to 15 and subcontractors, overseeing maintenance activities along the border, and ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is strongly preferred.
• 5–10 years of construction project management experience required.
• OSHA 30, First Aid, CPR, AED, and ASHE/HCC certification is required.
• Ability to work on-site full time and pass government project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of up to 15 individuals and subcontractors on a CBP contract for border maintenance.
• Plan and execute maintenance activities at multiple locations within the sector.
• Monitor labor usage to meet budgeted targets and avoid overstaffing.
• Lead construction planning and ensure staffing aligns with project phases.
• Coordinate subcontractor work to meet the project schedule.
• Develop and manage project schedule from concept to closeout.
• Lead safety protocols and ensure QC and safety program compliance.
• Perform inspections to meet government requirements and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit required reports to the government and manage submittals.
