Job summary

David T. Scott & Associates (DTS) seeks multiple Construction Project Managers to fill the Lead Project Manager role for a federal contract.

The Lead PM serves as project leader and liaison to GSA, coordinating with client program/technical managers on complex construction and facility rehabilitation programs. Incumbent oversees contract PMs, tracks schedules, performance metrics, and reporting actions to meet quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering.
• 7-10 years of experience in engineering or architectural fields.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and interface with external professionals.
• Experience coordinating multi-project programs and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of all program efforts across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with client management, program managers, and agency representatives.
• Manage functions of program staff/project managers and apply quality assurance measures.
• Track real-time status of effort, program cost vs. budget, and progress reporting.
• Fulfill additional duties as required by GSA needs.
