Parsons seeks an experienced Construction Manager to support a major DoW program in the National Capital Region. You will serve as Owner’s Agent Construction Manager, overseeing program management, scheduling, cost estimating, safety, and quality assurance on federal projects.

You will monitor contractor performance, coordinate with government stakeholders, and ensure cost-effective execution while maintaining compliance with safety standards and project requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or 8+ years related experience in construction management.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional construction management/oversight experience.
• CCM, PMP, PMI-CP, PE, RA certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of construction management experience.
• Experience overseeing construction activities, contractor performance, quality assurance, safety, and schedule compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day construction management and field oversight for federal projects.
• Monitor contractor performance, schedules, quality, safety, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with government representatives, project managers, engineers, QA personnel, and contractors.
• Conduct site visits, progress reviews, and field assessments to identify risks and corrective actions.
• Review schedules, RFIs, submittals, and documentation to monitor progress and impacts.
• Assist in evaluating contract modifications, change orders, and REAs.
• Develop scopes of work, technical assessments, and recommendations for government contract administration.
• Monitor progress, milestones, and key performance indicators; prepare status reports and briefings.
• Coordinate activities to minimize disruptions and ensure safety compliance.
