North Texas Municipal Water District seeks a Facility Maintenance Crewleader to supervise a maintenance team across NTMWD facilities. You will plan daily tasks, respond to work orders, and ensure safe, efficient building upkeep.

The role requires supervisory experience, basic carpentry/plumbing/painting skills and the ability to coordinate with external contractors when needed. A strong safety record is essential.

Formación

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Two years prior supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of painting, carpentry and plumbing recommended.
• Ability to supervise a small work team and communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day Facility Maintenance operations for NTMWD systems.
• Respond to work orders and coordinate with the Facility Maintenance Superintendent.
• Maintain corporate buildings and grounds; ensure safety and efficiency.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs and installations as needed.
• Coordinate with external contractors when directed.
• Document activities and time in the work system.
