Qualifications

• 35 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility
• Experience with industrial equipment and electrical maintenance
• Mechanically inclined with working knowledge of: Stationary Saws, Basic power/hand tools, Pneumatic tools, Hoists, Small engine repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot, perform minor repairs, and coordinate major repairs
• OSHA 10 (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and schedule all preventative and corrective maintenance activities
• Manage the maintenance team and coordinate workflow
• Maintain and manage inventory in the tool crib
• Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues
• Collaborate closely with Production and Safety to ensure a safe and efficient facility
• Recommend parts, coordinate vendor repairs, and support technical solutions
