Qualifications

Requires Associate Degree or higher in related field and 6+ years facilities maintenance experience.

Experience with building systems in commercial/hospitality/gaming facilities is expected.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Skilled Trades staff; hire, train, evaluate, and schedule personnel.
Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
Coordinate renovations, repairs, and equipment replacements; manage contractor performance.
Assist budgeting and long-range planning for facilities maintenance and capital projects.
Ensure OSHA, gaming, tribal, and environmental compliance and safety standards.
Provide reliable, safe, and guest-focused facilities operations for the casino and hotel.
Travel between properties as necessary and attend required meetings.
