You will manage electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, plan renovations, supervise technicians, coordinate with external contractors, and institute policies to minimize downtime while complying with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory maintenance or construction management experience preferred.
• Ability to diagnose root causes quickly and propose solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Effective communication with staff, vendors, and residents.

Responsibilities

• Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards
• Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms and public areas
• Undertake repair and maintenance projects without disturbing guests
