Job summary

Qualifications

• Vocational Degree and four years of specialized trades experience directly related to the area of assignment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may suffice.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead lower level staff by prioritizing and assigning work.
• Perform journey level repairs or installations to district facilities and grounds.
• Respond to emergency calls and safety concerns.
• Inspect facilities and ensure periodic servicing.
• Prepare maintenance work orders and maintain blueprints and records.
