Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Five years of progressively responsible facilities maintenance experience.
• Five years leading maintenance personnel or skilled trades teams.
• Experience in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Strong project planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to read work orders, manuals, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to maintenance staff and student workers.
• Lead maintenance projects from planning through completion.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair building systems.
• Coordinate with campus departments to minimize operations impact.
• Maintain safety, quality, and adherence to standards.
