Qualifications

• Verifiable leadership skills in facilities maintenance.
• Mechanically inclined with hands-on trade abilities.
• Willingness to respond to off-hours calls and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and building repairs (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical/burg/fire protection systems and devices.
• Care for property components: dock plates, doors, HVAC filters, water, roofing, fencing, painting.
• Maintain grounds: lawn, landscaping, snow removal, surfaces.
• Conduct facility inspections for safety and compliance (OSHA).
• Mentor and coordinate technicians and external vendors, travel as needed.
