Job summary

Triumph Geared Solutions - Macomb is seeking a Maintenance Technician to supervise the maintenance team, coordinate preventive maintenance, and repair production machinery and building systems. The role covers electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical work, plus facility needs such as wastewater treatment and safety compliance.

You will transfer shift information, oversee contract maintenance projects, and help monitor environmental and energy programs to support production goals and plant

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of related industrial maintenance experience.
• Specialized post-secondary education or journeyman level certification.
• Knowledge of facility engineering principles, codes and regulations (OSHA, electrical).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance department personnel.
• Install, maintain and repair production equipment, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Oversee building maintenance such as wastewater treatment, plumbing, carpentry.
• Transfer information between shifts to meet production needs.
• Monitor safety, environmental and energy management programs.
• Lead budget-related activities and perform facility improvements.
