Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Romulus, MI, is seeking an experienced 2nd shift Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple disciplines, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate schedules and material procurement, manage the department budget, develop cost estimates, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while maintaining high facility reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years facility/plant maintenance experience.
• 5+ years supervisory experience, including unionized workforce.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Experience with budgeting, cost estimates, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance mechanics across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and landscape services.
• Organize daily facilities maintenance operations and projects.
• Coordinate schedules, assignments, and procurement with Facilities Manager.
• Develop cost estimates for maintenance, PMs, and projects; manage budget.
• Train, coach, and evaluate employees; ensure safety and quality standards.
