Job summary

JLL seeks an experienced 2nd Shift Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple disciplines. This role supervises maintenance mechanics, coordinates work activities, ensures compliance with engineering standards, and maintains high-quality facility operations.

Key responsibilities include organizing daily maintenance, directing technicians, and collaborating with the Facilities Manager on schedules, procurement, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanics across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, and building systems.
• Organize and direct daily facilities maintenance operations and projects.
• Coordinate schedules, assignments, and material procurement with the Facilities Manager.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of technician work through daily oversight.
• Develop cost estimates for maintenance work orders and projects.
• Maintain and manage the facilities maintenance department budget.
