Responsibilities

• Lead a broad team of skilled technicians ensuring productivity and quality.
• Oversee budget adherence and monitor key performance indicators.
• Coordinate work with contractors and in-house staff for repairs.
• Prepare work orders, bids, and funding requisitions as needed.
• Communicate policies and status clearly to customers and staff.
