Job summary

Qualifications
- Strong employee relation skills, coaching and training abilities.
- Clear communication skills (oral and written).
- Computer skills and building automation systems experience.
Responsibilities
- Provides management for engineering staff under the Chief Engineer.
- Performs preventive maintenance, manages work orders, and ensures QA inspections.
- Trains engineering staff and maintains stock levels for equipment and parts.
- Schedules activities, prioritizes work orders, and adjusts resources for emergencies.
- Prepares labor/material requisitions and reports to management.
