We are seeking engaging, positive individuals to join our Family Access Center (FAC) team. The Family Access Center provides a safe and neutral environment during child exchanges and parenting times so that children can maintain relationships with family members.

In this role you will create a safe and neutral environment during child exchanges and parenting time so that children are physically safe and do not experience or witness abusive or threatening behavior or comments from parents.

You will do this by monitoring all parent and child conversations and activities at all times while children are at the center. In this role you may also be in a support/lead role to provide assistance and direction to the monitor team throughout parenting time shifts. You would intervene if conflicts arose ensuring program guidelines are followed and safety is maintained.

Our ideal candidate has two years post high school education in human service education or related field, or equivalent training and experience. This position requires an understanding of divorce or separation and its impact upon children and parents. Knowledge of child development desirable. You must be able to interact positively with diverse populations and possess the capacity and maturity to be observant, non-judgmental, and ability to intervene, when necessary, in a professional respectful manner.
