Job summary

The role focuses on monitoring conversations and activities, coordinating with the FAC team, and intervening when necessary to uphold center policies and safety standards. A related field education or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Two years post high school education in human service education or related field, or equivalent training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor parent and child conversations and activities at all times to ensure safety.
• Assist and coordinate with the Family Monitor team to prepare spaces for parenting times and exchanges.
• Review family information and plan supervising activities to maintain safety.
• Intervene as needed to ensure safety and adherence to center policies.
• May support or lead monitor team during parenting time shifts to resolve conflicts and enforce guidelines.
