Job summary

What You’ll Do:

  • Observe and document visits between children and their parents, while offering positive and engaging communication and mediation.
  • Ensure all interactions remain safe, positive, and follow agency, licensing, and accreditation guidelines.
  • Provide a neutral, calming presence for families in indoor and outdoor settings.
  • Track juvenile and adult clients by phone and unannounced visits.
  • Perform breathalyzer tests and urine analyses when required – you will receive training to learn how to perform this important work!
  • Support the logistical needs of the visitation program, transporting children to and from visits.

  • What else? Must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and ability to lift children, as necessary. Candidates MUST be 20 years of age or older.
