Job summary

Family & Children’s Center in Winona, MN is seeking a Part-Time Supervised Visitation/Tracking Monitor to support families and maintain safety during visits.

This role offers flexible evenings, weekends and holidays, with opportunities to gain experience in human services while building a meaningful resume.

Responsibilities include observing visits, documenting interactions, transporting children to visits, and conducting breathalyzer and urine tests after appropriate training.

What You’ll Do:

• Observe and document visits between children and their parents, while offering positive and engaging communication and mediation.
• Ensure all interactions remain safe, positive, and follow agency, licensing, and accreditation guidelines.
• Provide a neutral, calming presence for families in indoor and outdoor settings.
• Track juvenile and adult clients by phone and unannounced visits.
• Perform breathalyzer tests and urine analyses when required – you will receive training to learn how to perform this important work!
• Support the logistical needs of the visitation program, transporting children to and from visits.
